90 minutes, 8 seats, three oils, a walk through the rows. €35 per person; free if you've ordered a Riserva in the last twelve months.
Format
- 10:30 — Walk to the south slope. Twenty minutes among the trees. The Bidni rows are 60+ years old.
- 10:50 — In the press house. The 1965 frantoio in motion. We mill once a week even off-season.
- 11:10 — Tasting on the terrace. Verde, Maturo, Riserva, side by side. With bread, tomato, and one runny egg.
- 11:45 — Questions and orders. No pressure to buy.
